Diary posts on social media; PostHog issues; product potential.
Yesterday I posted the diary to LinkedIn and Reddit. I created an X account and posted on there with the hashtag #buildinpublic, as well as on Reddit (webdev showoff saturday). I got 1 or 2 upvotes, one comment and one like on X.
The one comment suggested I turn the diary into a product. I thought about that too, but I'm still not sure if anyone would be interested. I will definitely build upon this, as I need the tool for myself. With my limited time, I want to make the daily posts as frictionless as possible.
I'll check PostHog first.
CodeInteractive had about 15 sessions. Most just shortly scrolled through, a few bounced after presented with login screen, one new user. The user did not start a tutorial.
The PostHog for the diary must not be working properly, because I've definitely looked at the site, and so did at least one other person, so there should be at least 2 sessions recorded, but there are not. The last session is just before I deployed it. I must have messed something up. Also, I'll need to remove wcenzije.com from PostHog as they're messing up my stats. I don't need to track that anymore, anyways.
I've updated PostHog on the diary and removed it from WCenzije.
I need to figure out the format of my updates. I was thinking about posting daily summaries to X (with links to diary) and weekly summaries only to LinkedIn, so I don't spam it.
